New Yoga Class on Mondays w/ Chris Federico
Chris wanted to share her bio with you so you’ll know what to expect from her unique offering on Monday mornings here at Franklin Health & Fitness.
Yoga Instructor, Chris Federico, shares her passion for moving meditation with Gentle Flow Vinyasa (what is Flow Vinyasa?). Registered with Yoga Alliance, she holds a Masters Degree in Education and taught secondary language arts for 35 years in Florida. She used yoga in the classroom to inspire, motivate, and calm students, and also led faculty in yoga practice. An avid outdoor enthusiast, she teaches paddleboard yoga and leads adventure yoga hikes for Nantahala Hiking Club and Alarka Expeditions. Ten years ago, she suffered a serious back injury and believes yoga played a key role in her recovery. Today, she shares her compassion and body wisdom with her back-friendly yoga classes.
