Group X is group exercise. . . so what’s that?
The term group exercise includes any and all form of fitness that’s done in a group setting, led by a group exercise instructor. We have a fantastic line up of Group X classes here at Franklin Health & Fitness (click HERE to see the class schedule!) And each and every class is sure to give you an excellent workout.
However, Group X classes offer a great workout PLUS A WHOLE LOT MORE.

Our awesome instructors challenge you to work out beyond your perceived limitations. You are likely to work out harder than you would on your own. Plus, our instructors explain the benefits of each exercise, observe to make sure you are moving safely and offer the perfect encouragement to keep you coming back for more!
Doing workouts with others promotes endorphins and make you feel good! Your body releases them when you’re on your own, but research suggests that group activities may have an edge.
Group fitness is a great way to get a workout in without having to think or plan. Each class is structured with a warm-up, a balanced workout and a cool-down.
