A high level aerobics class that includes intervals of strength training, aerobic dance, kick- boxing,
and core conditioning in both the shallow and deep water.
A more gentle aqua class. Exercise Movements in both the shallow and deep water that focus on cardiovascular health, flexibility,
loosening joints and increasing muscle strength.
This hydrobics class, which is offered from June 3rd to August 30th, incorporates resistance, cardio and toning exercises to give you a total body workout. Join us for this challenging water workout!
