Mark Villanti is our Personal Training Director and also Membership/Personal Training Sales Associate. He has a passion for fitness and has been with FHF now for 3 years. He is a former Combat Veteran and has multiple certifications in training and Crossfit. He has a passion for fitness and helping people reach their full potential in health and wellness.

Jamie O’Donoghue

Certified Personal Trainer

ACE Certified Personal Training certification, IFA Group Exercise Certified

Jamie is certified and has nine years of experience teaching Group Exercise: Step Aerobics, Barbell, Water Aerobics, and Zumba. She is certified in CPR/AED. She also has seven years of experience teaching Kindergarten through fourth grade Physical Education. Jamie wants to inspire and teach people how to live a healthy lifestyle through physical activity. She is passionate about motivating people to achieve their fitness goals. Jamie is married and has one son.

EDUCATION: Masters of Art in Teaching with a concentration in Physical Education from Western Carolina University, Bachelors of Science in Human Development from the University of Tennessee

Lauren Villanti

Certified Personal Trainer/RD

Lauren Villanti, RD, LD is a registered dietitian and certified personal fitness trainer. She obtained a B.S. in nutrition & dietetics from Western Carolina University. Lauren also gained her practical experience through the Dietetic Internship with the Georgia Department of Public Health. Lauren has a strong love for fitness and prides herself on representing fitness and nutrition with passion and purpose. Growing up playing sports and being active has shaped the person she is today, and she knew early on she wanted to be a professional in the health and fitness industry to use her passion to help others.

Matt Harlfinger

Certified Personal Trainer

Matt is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sport Medicine. He has a combined 10 years of training experience with 8 years of that time being at Western Carolina University where he served as the Assistant Track and Field Coach. His additional experience comes from club sport coaching as well as a year spent at Velocity Sports Performance where he led Adult Fitness Groups, Sports Camps and Clinics, and Youth Classes.

Matt has his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and his Master’s in Physical Education and is currently teaching Health and Wellness at Southwestern Community College. He has a strong desire to help others reach their full potential and is excited to have the opportunity to make an impact in this community.

Michelle is both a certified personal trainer and a licensed massage therapist who loves bringing relief and results to her clients both through massage therapy and by helping them achieve their fitness goals. Michelle’s training and experience in both fields gives her a thorough understanding of how the human body works and how to customize a training program to fit each individuals needs. She would love to help you realize and achieve your full potential!

Yanet Rangel

Certified Personal Trainer

Yanet is a certified personal trainer and fitness guru. Yanet has been with Franklin Health and Fitness for a total of 5 yrs and has embodied our motto "Results for Everyone".
Born in Mexico and raised in Macon County has given her the opportunity to spread fitness to a variety of people. She is passionate about helping others feel better about themselves and is willing to do what it takes to get them there. She is ready to bring a new edge to Franklin/ Clayton Health and Fitness.
Education: Associates in Arts, Personal Trainer certification from Personal Training Association Global

Jon Lyon

Certified Personal Trainer

Personal Trainer Jon Lyon has been training for over 10 years. He loves people and exercise. His passion is helping clients reach goals they would never make on their own. Most of his experience is working with athletes at the high school, college and professional level. However, his experience also includes helping clients with nutrition plans, weight loss, body sculpting, injury recovery, mobility and balance training with an age range of 6 to 88. Jon is married and lives with his wife and son in Dillard, GA.

Nadine Bramlett

Certified Personal Trainer

Nadine has been practicing Pilates and Yoga for 10 years. She also completed a 200 hour training through Yoga Alliance to become a certified Yoga and Prenatal Yoga Instructor. Nadine has lived in various places throughout the country and is happy and excited to be settled in in North Georgia. She and her family enjoys a very active lifestyle including outdoor activities and kids’ sports. Though she is also certified in PiYo, Ugi, and Indoor Cycling, her real passion is for Yoga, Paddleboard Yoga and Pilates. She loves working on her own personal practice and helping others work to achieve their fitness goals.
