This is a lot of water.
I drank all this water.
I also had good salt with this water to actually “hydrate” my body and not dehydrate myself.
Sodium makes your body’s cells “absorb” the water you drink. Hydration does NOT work without it. Loading up on tons of water and not having the proper sodium ratio leads to issues you don’t want.
Celtic sea salt contains trace minerals such as phosphorus, bromine, boron, zinc, iron, manganese, copper and silicon. These trace minerals are essential for your body to work properly.
Fact: Good salt does not cause hypertension! Rather, processed sugar, inflammation, cheap table salt and lack of movement causes hypertension. Don’t fear salt. Your cells depend on it to work properly.
