JP is a Registered Yoga Instructor and self-proclaimed movement geek. She received her Bachelors in Exercise and Wellness Sciences from Brigham Young University and has worked as a trainer and exercise instructor for corporate wellness programs, yoga studios and fitness clubs for almost a decade. She has specialized in pre/postnatal fitness as well as yoga for seniors and loves making movement accessible to every body. When she isn't teaching or exercising, JP enjoys hiking, strength training, gardening and her favorite, wrangling three small children who call her mom. She is a lifelong student and is constantly learning more about healthy movement, nutrition and fitness.
