How much is the guest fee?

The daily guest fee is $15.00 (good for the entire day).

Guest fee when accompanied by a Member is only $10.00.

Kids ages: 3 – 15 guest fees are only $5

Kids ages: 2 and younger are FREE

How do I update my personal information, billing, and/or make payments?

You may update personal and/or billing information or make payments at www.myiclubonline.com, or by contacting the club.  

How old do you need to be to have a membership?

To purchase an individual membership you must be at least 16 years of age.  

How old do you have to be to work out or be in the Fitness Area?

A child, age 12-15, is eligible to be added to guardian’s membership, however, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.  Members 16 years of age or older may workout on their own. 

I lost my barcode tag, how do I get another one?

The Service Desk staff will issue you a new barcode free of charge 

What should I do if a piece of equipment is broken or an area of the gym is dirty?

Our first priority is keeping our gyms as clean and functional as possible. Please visit the Service desk and report your concern so that it may be addressed. You may also report any concerns by contacting the club by phone or email. 

What is the length/temperature and chemistry of the Swimming Pool?

LENGTH:  25 yards 

TEMPERATURE:  Average range 83-87 degrees Fahrenheit 

CHEMISTRY: Saltwater Chlorination – a process that uses dissolved salt as a store for the chlorination system.  The chlorine generator uses electrolysis in the presence of dissolved salt to produce hypoclorous acid and sodium hypochlorite, which are sanitizing agents commonly used in swimming pools.  As such, a salt water pool is not actually chlorine-free; it simply utilizes a chlorine generator instead of a direct addition of chlorine.  Our system produces chlorine in a green, ecologically sound way.

Can I workout without a shirt on or in flipflops?

No.  You must always wear a shirt in the fitness areas with close toed shoes at all times.  

Can I bring a guest with me after staffed hours?

24/7 access for active members ONLY 

 Members are prohibited from allowing unauthorized guests to enter.  Members who violate this rule and allow unauthorized guests to enter after hours will be fined as follows:   

1st Violation; $50 fine 

2nd Violation: $100 fine and membership revoked. 

The Club will contact law enforcement and prosecute unauthorized guests with trespassing!  

If I have a question about an exercise machine or working out a certain muscle group, who should I ask?

Membership

What is ABC Financial?

ABC Financial is the billing company for all locations.  You may update personal and/or billing information or make payments at www.myiclubonline.com 

Can I purchase a membership online?

How do I schedule my Fitness Assessment?

Call the club or visit the Service Desk during your next visit. 

What are the contract regulations?

Please read your agreement–this outlines the fees, rules and regulations of your membership.  You can view your agreement at  www.myiclubonline.com  or contact the club. 

What happens once my initial agreement expires?

If you choose a membership option with a term agreement, once that agreement expires, your membership and payments will continue on a month-to-month basis.

What is the Annual Fee and how much is it?

The annual fee is $39.99/year and is billed 60 days after a new member enrolls and on the same date each year thereafter.  The fee is used to make facility improvements. 

How do I cancel my membership?

Visit your club in person, email or send a letter to the club.  Please remember that we require 30 days’ notice, which means that you are responsible for any payments that occur within 30 days of your request to cancel.  If applicable, cancellation fees must be paid before your final cancel date. All fees and outstanding dues must be paid for the cancellation to take effect.    

Can I freeze my membership?

Upon submission of verification to the Club, any member may convert to inactive status.  

(a)The minimum period for inactive status is one month if paying an inactive membership fee of $5 every two weeks (or $10 per month if on monthly billing) through automatic billing.  

(b) Alternatively, a member may convert to inactive status if your primary residence is more than 30 miles from the clubs (part-time resident) or for medical leave upon paying a onetime inactive status payment of $25.   

The maximum period for the one-time fee inactive status is 12 months. Verification required. 

Can I add a dependent to my membership?

Yes if the dependent is 18 or younger and the parent/guardian is a premium member. The cost is $8 bi-weekly added to the draft. 

Personal Training

Can I bring my own personal trainer to the gym?

No.  For your own safety, we provide trainers who are certified and allowed to work in our gyms. Our own Certified Personal Trainers would be happy to help you with any of your needs. 

What exactly do personal trainers do?

Trainers can help you assess your current fitness and health levels and develop a personalized plan to meet your needs and goals. Having a trainer helps people stay motivated, have clear goals and check points, and make sure they are exercising properly to meet their personal goals. 

How do I know what trainer is right for me?

We have many trainers with different backgrounds, specializations, and expertise to fit the specific needs of members. Our General Managers are more than happy to help you find a trainer that is right for you. 

How do I schedule my Personal Training sessions?

Once you have chosen a trainer to work with, they will meet with you and set up a schedule that is best for you. You may also visit any of our locations and ask to speak with a membership counselor or personal trainer to meet for an initial consultation.

How do I cancel a Personal Training appointment?

To cancel or change an appointment time, please contact your trainer or your club 24 hours in advance, or as soon as possible. 

Group X Classes

Do I have to be a Silver Sneakers member to attend the Silver Sneakers classes?

Silver Sneakers classes are available to anyone who wishes to attend. 

How old do I have to be to take a Group X class?

A child, age 12-15, may attend Group X classes accompanied by a parent or guardian. To work out alone, a member must be 16 years of age or older. 

Do I have to pre-register for Group Fitness Classes?

Yes – space is limited.   

  1. To register either call the club or Go to myiclubonline.com 
  1. Click on the “Classes” tab 
  1. Use the toolbar with the arrows and dates to adjust to the correct day/week. 
  1. Click the green “Enroll Now” to get enrolled into a class. 

 

TO:  Unenroll or Cancel 

  1. Click the “My Schedule” tab. 
  1. Click “Cancel” next to any classes you can’t attend. 
  1. Click “Drop Class” 

Does my Membership include Group X classes?

If you have a Premium Membership, yes!  If not, you can upgrade to a Premium membership at the club.
