Congratulations to Shannon deLoach and CrossFit Hit and Run for receiving a Notable Mention in the 2017 CrossFit Video Contest. "Memphis, Tennessee is one of the most crime filled cities in America. The jails are not places you would typically want to go to in a city like this. James Lancaster, of CrossFit Hit and Run feels differently. Lancaster visits the jail every Thursday to put a group of inmates through a CrossFit workout. The changes they see in their lives exceed far past the physical aspects." -Shannon deLoach

I can not say enough about Taylor; her work ethic, drive and dedication are undeniable. This weekend, not only did she have more than a handful of softball games, but she completed all 4 of the qualifier regional workouts. She jumped 32 spots in the world, and ended up #105 out of 200!!

Crossfit FHF bringing home 4 gold medals from the Festivus Games at Catamount Crossfit. To say that we are proud doesn't even begin to describe it. Our athletes and Crossfit FHF family came out today and truly showed what it's all about to be part of a box family. Congrats to all of those who competed today and set PR's. We are so incredibly proud of your hard work and dedication. And a huge thanks to Catamount CrossFit for hosting such an awesome event!

CROSSFIT FHF Teens

CrossFit Teens Schedule:

7:30p – 8:30p (T & Th)
12:30p – 1:30p (Sat)

CrossFit Teens is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes.

CrossFit Teens workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive, general and scalable for any participant at any level.

What does this mean?

No two workouts are the same, so kids and teens never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited about participating.

The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play- pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained CrossFit Teens Coaches.
